She has helped build a company culture centered around communication, organization, and genuine client relationships.
While Phil leads projects in the field, Lynette oversees operations, client experience, scheduling, and the behind-the-scenes systems that keep projects moving smoothly from start to finish.
Her background, leadership, and commitment to people bring a level of transparency and care that homeowners often struggle to find in the construction industry.
