The Lake Placid Rental Project by Northern Sons Construction showcases a complete transformation of a historic 7,200 sq ft building. This four-story structure now includes five premium apartments—two upstairs and three downstairs—along with a ground-floor retail space. The project included a complete roof replacement with new joists for the fourth floor, the installation of a custom electric heating system, and a state-of-the-art security and sprinkler system. Every detail was carefully crafted, from new siding, sheeting, and windows to custom tiled bathrooms and wood trim finishes. A new foundation was added on the north side, alongside decks and patios, making this a true masterpiece of premium living and design. Despite its complexity, the renovation was completed in just 4.5 months, including the construction of a four-story scaffolding structure to accommodate winter roof replacement.

Integrated Living Spaces: Open-concept layouts seamlessly connect kitchens, living rooms, and bedrooms, making optimal use of space while maintaining a modern, cozy feel.

I had the pleasure of working with Northern Sons Construction on the structural repairs, modern upgrades, and full restoration of a 100+ year-old building.
