Located in Hannawa Falls, New York near Potsdam, this custom outdoor living project transformed the property into a private, resort-inspired retreat designed for both entertaining and everyday enjoyment.
At the center of the project is an 18,000-gallon Imperial Pool featuring a unique island pond-style shape that softens the surrounding hardscape and complements the wooded North Country setting. Northern Sons Construction completed the extensive stamped concrete installation surrounding the pool, creating clean transitions between lounging, dining, and circulation spaces throughout the backyard.

To elevate the functionality of the space, the project also included a screened entertainment area and a dedicated outdoor bathroom structure, allowing guests and homeowners to comfortably enjoy the outdoor environment throughout the season. Privacy fencing, landscaping, and carefully planned layout details help the backyard feel cohesive, spacious, and intentionally designed from every angle.
